BELLINGHAM, Wash. — The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help identifying a man deputies say has walked out without paying for dinner on multiple occasions.
The sheriff’s office posted surveillance images Monday showing the man inside what appears to be a restaurant. The images show him wearing a dark baseball cap, blue jacket and dark pants while using a cellphone.
According to the sheriff’s office, the man has walked out on “a couple of dinner tabs.”
Deputies are asking anyone who recognizes the man or has information about the incidents to contact WCSO Deputy Galt at 360-966-1650.
The sheriff’s office did not provide additional details about the restaurants, dates of the alleged incidents or the amount of the unpaid tabs in its social media post.
The investigation remains ongoing.
