LUMMI NATION, Wash. — Lummi Nation police made arrests and seized suspected narcotics, drug paraphernalia, a firearm and a residence during a warrant service Tuesday on Lightning Bird Lane.
The Lummi Nation Police Department said officers executed the warrant Aug. 5. Police released photographs showing a handgun, ammunition, suspected drugs, cash, a digital scale and other items reportedly confiscated during the operation.

Two People Booked After Warrant Service
Lummi Nation police would not confirm all arrests made in the case, but Whatcom County Jail records show Lummi police booked Farrah Whitney Brady at 7:34 p.m. Tuesday. Jail records list preliminary allegations of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a firearm.
Officers later booked Joshua Nicholas Walker at 9:40 p.m. Jail records list preliminary allegations that include possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture or deliver, unlawful possession of a firearm, tampering with physical evidence and obstructing a police officer.
Walker also had an outstanding warrant alleging obstruction of a public servant and failure to appear, according to the jail roster.
Brady and Walker remained held without bail on the new allegations when the jail information was captured. Walker’s separate warrant carried $6,000 cash-only bail.
Charges listed in jail records represent allegations. Prosecutors must decide which charges, if any, to file, and both defendants remain presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
Police Secure Lightning Bird Lane Home
In addition to confiscating the reported drugs, paraphernalia and firearm, LNPD said officers seized and secured the Lightning Bird Lane residence.
Police did not identify the suspected narcotics, disclose their quantities or announce an estimated value for the cash shown in the department’s photographs. LNPD also did not provide additional information about what prompted the investigation.
