SEATTLE, Wash. — ICE’s Seattle Field Office announced Wednesday that federal agents arrested and deported a man from El Salvador with a prior criminal record. The agency’s Fugitive Operations Team carried out the arrest as part of ongoing enforcement efforts targeting individuals with prior convictions and immigration violations. The man had entered the United States unlawfully after a prior deportation, officials said.
Arrest Tied To Multiple Prior Offenses
According to ICE’s Seattle Field Office, the man had a criminal history that included patronizing a prostitute, resisting arrest, reckless driving, illegal entry, illegal reentry, and an outstanding warrant related to DUI. Agents located and arrested him before processing him for removal.
Deportation Completed Following Arrest
ICE officials confirmed agents deported the man following his arrest. The Seattle Field Office said the case reflects its focus on locating individuals with prior removal orders or criminal histories tied to public safety concerns.
