Drivers Should Expect Delays
The truck blocked part of the ramp’s right-turn lane. Drivers use the exit to reach Guide Meridian in north Bellingham.
Traffic-control crews directed vehicles around the semi. Meanwhile, traffic backed up along the ramp.
WSDOT urged drivers to continue expecting delays. The agency did not provide an estimated reopening time.
