Trooper Kelsey Harding said the crash happened near milepost 258 and blocked the right lane. Responders reported minor injuries.
WSDOT later said the collision also blocked the Bakerview on-ramp as crews arrived. Traffic moved slowly past the scene while responders worked.
By mid-afternoon, the right lane remained closed. Tow crews continued working to remove the semi. Officials did not give an estimated time to reopen all lanes. Traffic cameras appear to show the semi no longer on its side as of 3:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon.
Authorities have not released the cause, but the accident was announced fully cleared shortly before 5:00 p.m. Sunday evening.
PNW Daily will update this story if officials share more information.
