Missing person cases in Washington
Washington continues to see dozens of active missing-person cases statewide, with women disproportionately represented among unresolved reports.
The Washington State Patrol maintains a statewide clearinghouse for missing and endangered persons, while the federal National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) tracks active and historical cases nationwide. Advocates say many cases — particularly those involving Indigenous women — remain underreported or unresolved for extended periods.
Anyone with information about a missing person is urged to contact local law enforcement. If there is concern for immediate safety, call 911.
