BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Authorities issued a Missing Indigenous Person Alert in Bellingham on Tuesday afternoon for 16-year-old Ariel Feliciano, who was last seen in the greater Bellingham area on Jan. 16, 2026, according to the Washington State Patrol and the Lummi Nation Police Department.
Authorities say Feliciano was last seen around 12:30 p.m. The alert was issued by the Washington State Patrol at the request of Lummi Nation Police.
Feliciano stands about 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighs approximately 130 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. Police say she has a visible mark under one eye. She was last seen wearing a red hoodie and ripped blue jeans.

Prior Alerts Involving Feliciano
This is not the first time Feliciano has been reported missing, according to public records and prior alerts involving the Lummi Nation and surrounding areas.
In December 2022, Feliciano was reported missing at age 13 in Bellingham. She was located safely, and the alert was canceled on Jan. 2, 2023.
In February 2024, authorities issued another alert after Feliciano, then 14, was last seen leaving Ferndale. She was found and the alert was canceled by Feb. 5, 2024.
In December 2024, Feliciano, then 15, was reported missing near Loon Lake in Stevens County. Officials said she may have been traveling toward the Lummi Nation. Authorities located her safely by Jan. 13, 2025.
On the same day, January 13, 2025, Feliciano was reported missing again and last seen in Bellingham getting into a dark blue early-2000s Honda. Social media posts from the WSP indicate she was eventually located in March 2025.
In each prior case, authorities canceled the alerts after Feliciano was found and reunited with family or placed in the care of authorities.
Latest Alert Issued
Law enforcement is asking residents in Bellingham, Lummi Nation, and surrounding areas to remain alert and report any possible sightings immediately.
The Lummi Nation Police Department and Washington State Patrol are leading the investigation.
