Tickets listed on major resale platforms show a wide range of prices, with lowest available resale seats around $900 to $1,000 and many listings exceeding $1,300 to $1,400 depending on location and amenities.
SEATTLE — Seattle Seahawks NFC Championship Game ticket prices have climbed sharply as the Jan. 25 game approaches, reflecting high demand for the biggest postseason game in Seattle in years.
As of Monday morning, listings on major secondary marketplaces showed entry-level prices starting near $900. Meanwhile, many lower-level and midfield seats exceeded $1,300, with some premium options climbing even higher.
Because third-party sellers set resale prices, costs can change quickly. However, the trend has moved in one direction as kickoff approaches.
That pattern is common for championship games. Unlike regular-season matchups, these contests attract national attention. As a result, both local fans and out-of-market buyers compete for a limited number of seats.
Earlier this postseason, divisional-round prices started hundreds of dollars lower. Since then, however, prices have jumped. The NFC title game now sits among the most expensive Seahawks home games in franchise history.
In addition, fees and taxes often add hundreds of dollars to the final purchase. Because of that, buyers should review total costs before completing a transaction.
Most resale platforms note that they do not set ticket prices. Instead, individual sellers determine their own values based on demand.
Even so, analysts expect prices to remain high through game day. Historically, NFC Championship games rarely see major last-minute drops unless weather or travel disruptions occur.
Meanwhile, Seattle businesses near Lumen Field are preparing for a surge of visitors. Hotels, bars, and restaurants often experience sellouts during major playoff weekends.
For fans still hoping to attend, timing may matter. Sometimes prices dip briefly if sellers rush to offload tickets. However, those windows tend to be short.
Because of that, experts recommend monitoring multiple platforms at once. Doing so can reveal small price differences for similar sections.
Sunday’s game kicks off at 3:30 p.m. at Lumen Field. The winner advances to the Super Bowl.
